RIP : Tiger of Jelutung

Wow, it’s been 4 years since I’ve blogged, and I also noticed that stopped blogging or writing kind of like made my mind stops moving too! I also noticed my stagnant brain as I stopped reading!

Learned an interesting word today while reading the Readers’ Digest – “Every day” means every single day or ALL days; however, “Everyday” means mundane and ordinarily. Wow, never knew this.

Today is another sad day for the Malaysians. As Malaysians woke up to a shocking news that our political hero had passed away in a car accident, it stunted us and some of us weep for the passing. For a man whom I’ve gotten to know only through his book, the Tiger of Jelutong, I felt sadden by the news. Even I, shed tears for this great man, though I’ve never met him.

It’s a great lost to the country… however, I believe he has already done more than enough and it’s time for him to rest eternally. His journey had not been easy and it took a great strong man to sustain this life! it takes a stronger woman to take this for her hubby! The wife of the late Mr. Karpal Singh really amazed me! The strength and the sustaining power she has is just so amazing and I admire her strength very much.

Oh well, life goes on. His legend will not be forgotten too. Mr. Karpal Singh, please rest in peace for now. You’ve worked all your life; struggle for the country; and being the helping hands to the poor and needy.

You’ll not be forgotten and your fights will still go on with the younger generation. RIP, Sir.
